Ghost Stories, an anthology horror film, is set to scare the fans on Jan 1st 2020. The film contains four short films directed by Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap and Dibakar Banerjee. The trailer of Ghost Stories just released and it is looking very scary and a bit different than many horror Bollywood films.
Ghost stories tells four stories – First story featuring Mrunal Thakur and a grandmother who is has died, but has she for real? Second story features Sobhita Dhulipala who is portraying a pregnant woman. Third story has a nurse, played by Janhvi Kapoor, who takes care of an old woman. Fourth Story features Avinash Tiwary in a gripping story.
The visuals of the film and every frame seems to be designed to scare you and it doesn’t seem to disappoint.
The four director has earlier worked together in Bombay Talkies and Lust Stories, both of which got positive reviews and now they are set to scare their fans with Ghost Stories. The screenplay of Ghost Stories looks very engaging as well. Personally, I am looking forward to see the performnace of great Surekha Sikri.
