After Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi, T-series and Tanishk Baghchi has remade another gem of Bollywood titled Mere Angne Mein. The new music video features Bollywood actress, Jacqueline Fenrnandez and Bigg Boss fame, Asim Riaz. The music video tells the story of the escape of a princess played by Jacqueline but even with such big budget, lavish sets and hundreds of background dancers… the music video fails to make any sense.

The only good thing about the song is that it makes Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi featuring Divya Khosla Kumar look and sound better. The concept in both songs seems a bit similar, while Yaad Piya Ki tells about the future, Mere Angne Mein takes you in past.

Mere Angne Mein is sung by Neha Kakkar and Raja Hasan, while Vayu has penned the lyrics of the song.

It seems that Bollywood’s music is completely dying with more and more recreation of old songs and many listeners are not too happy about it. It is probably one of the reason that regional artists like Pawan Singh’s somewhat original creation like ‘Kamariya Hila Rahi Hai’ is breaking the records now.
