Indian films made on less to no budget with much dedication and hard work has always been known for some great story telling and go on to win many accolades and Sanjay Suri produced film I am released in 2010 is one of them.
While the movie, which went on to win National Film awards for best Hindi film and best lyrics already won the audience for it’s stories starring Nandita Das, Juhi Chawla, Manisha Koirala, Rahul Bose, Radhika Apte and Sanjay Suri himself among many other actors, the film is also known as the Indian film which was crowd funded and had over 400 producers.

When Sanajy Suri and his co-producers ran out of budget during the shooting of the film they shared it on Facebook and for once the social media showed its power as different people came together to help the film and it’s people with numerous ways from some providing food for the crew to many donating for the film’s budget.
The film was made and released with great critical response and won many accolades. Producer Sanjay Suri didn’t forget to thank all the people who helped him as well and talked about it when he came as a guest in The Kapil Sharma Show.
