Ghost Stories will be releasing on 1st January 2020 midnight at 12:00 AM only on Netflix. Karan Johar shared the news on his official Instagram. Ghost Stories is an anthology containing four short films by Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar and it stars Mrunal Thakur, Avinash Tiwary, Janhvi Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala, Raghuvir Yadav and Vijay Varma.
The team came together first for Bombay Velvet which received positive reviews and the got much more commercial and critical success for their second project Lust Stories featuring stars like Bhumi Pednkekar, Kiara Advani, Sanjay Kapoor, Radhika Apte and Vicky Kaushal.
Now these four top directors of Bollywood are stepping into a different genre of horror and supernatural and are set to make audiences scare. In the video shared by Karan Johar announcing the release of Ghost Stories, the makers also talked a little about their experience making horror films.
