Gal Gadot has returned as DC comic’s Wonder Woman in the upcoming film Wonder Woman 1984. The film tells the story of Wonder Woman in 1980s when she faces two new enemies – Max Lord and The Cheetah.
The 34-year-old Israeli actress broke records with the first Wonder Woman film in 2017 and now she is ready to break more records with the sequel which also features Chris Pine, Robin Wright and Kristen Wiig.
The trailer features some of the best moments of Gal Gadot aka Wonder Woman and she again proves that she is the best choice to play this superhero character. Wonder Woman swinging her lasso of truth to lighting in the sky is making fans compare her to Marvel’s Thor as well.
Directed by Patty Jenkins, the film is set to release on June 5 2020. The trailer’s sound track is getting much attention which is named Blue Monday by New Order.
